In order to book an appointment, a £40 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid on the same day as requesting an appointment. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that no guests are permitted so please arrive alone.

I kindly ask that all my clients provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of deposit and should you wish to book with me again, the missed appointment must be paid in full. Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice or no show - 100% full price fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment - 50% of appointment fee. Cancellation within 24-48 hours - loss of deposit.

Running over 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being classed as missed resulting in the loss of the deposit and full fee will still apply.

Please arrive with no eye makeup at the appointment. Infills must be booked up to 3 weeks (21 days) to provide your eyelash extensions with proper maintenance. Any infills booked after this time frame or with less than 50% of applied extensions remaining will result in additional charges.

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the service, you are entitled to lodge a complaint within 48 hours of your appointment in order to arrange a complimentary appointment.
